Our client is the oldest and most innovative legal plan provider in the industry. They are seeking an UNIX/Linux Systems Administrator to join their team.
Requirements
• Configure the layout of UNIX / Linux hardware, software and application components.
• Work with Information Technology Product Managers to design and implement new services and products, providing input on architecture, system sizing, and fault tolerance as it related to hardware / software running on the UNIX / Linux platforms.
• Responsible for ensuring that documentation on process, procedures, and system configurations are available and updated on a regular basis.
• Actively assist the application support teams in the resolution of escalated application issues.
• Some shell scripting is required as well.
