Calendars.com is currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as Marketing & Analytics Director and successfully manage all aspects of our online consumer acquisition and retention strategies. The Marketing & Analytics Director will play a key role at Calendars.com by managing, analyzing and improving marketing programs and strategies that effectively communicate products, advertise promotional offers and increase brand awareness including SEO, SEM, Email, Third Party, Social Media and Affiliate marketing and other online vehicles as well as managing collateral development and public relations. Specific responsibilities will include:
• Manage annual ecommerce marketing budget and revenue for all marketing channels.
• Lead industry assessments to determine appropriate goals, objectives and partners to drive sustainable profitable growth consistent with the business goals of Calendars.com
• Proactively investigate, recommend, and implement new programs to drive overall site traffic and incremental revenue.
• Establish success metrics and performance indicators and track results to calculate ROI on programs designed to increase traffic, visit frequencies, and user participation on the site.
• Monitor, analyze and develop reporting on Web site statistics, visitor behavior and trends. Establish and report KPIs and actual revenue.
• Manage Third Party sales channels by working cross functionally to ensure reporting, promotions, spend and revenue is consistent with projections.
• Work with outside vendors and consultants to
o Serve as stakeholder in successful implementation and roll out of recently chosen ecommerce platform
o Develop, analyze and manage effective and cohesive email promotions
o Identify next steps in SEO strategy and execution
o Oversee and continuously improve search marketing processes and results incorporating best practices
o Maintain and foster relationships with affiliates for program growth
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout sales collateral, public relations and marketing channels.
• Examine social media, social marketing, blog, buzz and viral marketing channels for potential growth.
• Build productive working relationships with staff, internal teams, external partners, and management.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing discipline to include demonstrable success in growing revenue for business to consumer (B2C) e-commerce business.
• Experience managing, mentoring and encouraging small team of marketing professionals to accomplish team and company wide goals.
• Strong experience with Coremetrics and/or other online analytic packages.
• Experience with Enterprise class ecommerce platforms, such as ATG, is highly desired.
• Proven success in environments of excellence where analysis and problem solving are valued and considered core to accomplishing business objectives.
• Strong project and time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail and superior multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound business judgment, and high level of initiative, creativity and flexibility.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a small company, fast paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and productive, professional and courteous manner.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience.
