Initiate Systems seeks Sr Consultant

Initiate systems is growing and we're hiring a Senior Consultant for our Implementation Team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implement Initiate's Master Data Management software for Fortune 500, government, and large health care clients
• Develop and document technical, architectural, and business requirements
• Install and configure the software
• Analyze customer data and develop appropriate software configurations to meet customer data and business requirements
• Solve technical and configuration issues on the OS level as well as the application level

Our ideal candidate is a "geek" with great customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous customer-facing consulting experience with a technology company or systems integrator. They have a solid background in the skills needed for the job (see below) and they will have the ability to quickly learn our product set and apply that knowledge in challenging client situations.

Fundamental skills include:

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL
• Experience using scripting languages such as Korn Shell and Perl.
• Java development experience desired
• Knowledge of MDM concepts, data analysis, data warehousing and enterprise applications desired.
• Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions and handle multiple projects in a team environment
